Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aero Volt, we take pride in providing high-quality drone gear and accessories. Every order is carefully packed and shipped, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below to understand your options and our process.

🔁 RETURNS POLICY

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All sales are considered final, except in cases of defective or damaged products (see below).

⚠️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you—subject to the conditions below.

To Qualify for a Replacement:

  1. Report the issue within 3 days of the tracking number showing the item as delivered.

  2. Provide the following by email to drones@aerovolt.life:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the problem or damage

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement unit will be sent to you. We do not issue refunds for defective or damaged items—replacements only.

💳 REFUNDS

We issue refunds only in limited cases and at our sole discretion. Refunds may be considered if:

  • A replacement is unavailable for a faulty item

  • A package is confirmed lost after 25+ business days and cannot be located

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entry

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Undeliverable or refused packages

🚚 RETURNED / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or non-collection:

  • You may request a reshipment (shipping fees will apply), or

  • Request a store credit for the product amount (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
