Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Shipping times vary, with average delivery between 7–20 business days depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided when and if available.

6. Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If a product arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including photo or video evidence. If approved, we will send a replacement item at no cost.
