Shipping & Returns Policy

At Aero Volt, we aim to deliver your drone gear and accessories safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we handle order fulfillment, delivery, and any product issues you might encounter.
🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If there are any unexpected delays (due to inventory, supplier issues, or high demand), we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Times
After dispatch, average delivery times range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

International: 10–20 business days

Remote areas may take longer
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times can vary based on customs, local postal services, and carrier conditions.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when and if available. If tracking is available, we’ll send it to your email as soon as your order ships. If no tracking is offered due to shipping method or destination, rest assured your item is still on the way.
📦 DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived after 25 business days from the shipment date, please contact us at drones@aerovolt.life, and we’ll do our best to investigate the issue with the carrier. While delays are out of our control, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
🔁 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, mistaken orders, or buyer’s remorse. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or unusable, we’ve got your back.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date as shown on the tracking information

You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage or issue
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for damaged items—only replacements.
Email your claim and evidence to drones@aerovolt.life with your order number in the subject line.
📦 WRONG ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Aero Volt is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it at your cost or issue a store credit (minus shipping fees).
🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international customers, please be aware that:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services
